How information submitted through this website is handled.
Information we collect
If you contact The Cleaning Team, the website may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, site location, and message. When you submit the form, it may also include minimized first-touch and request context such as the landing-page path, referral origin, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, first-visit time, pages viewed, time on site, browser language, timezone, viewport, IP address, user agent, and approximate region derived by the hosting provider. Arbitrary landing-page query strings, URL fragments, and full referral paths are not retained by the website attribution code.
The site uses first-party local and session storage to preserve the original visit source and current-session page count. This information remains in the browser unless a quote form is submitted. It does not set third-party advertising cookies.
How information is used
Contact information and request context are used to respond to an inquiry, assess service fit, understand which marketing source produced the request, prepare or discuss a quote, prevent abuse, troubleshoot delivery, and maintain an operational record of the request. It is not sold through this website.
Service providers
The coded website is hosted through Cloudflare. Form delivery may use MailerSend. Google Analytics 4 measures aggregate website use, including page views, interactions, and lead events. These providers process data under their own terms and configurations.
Retention and security
Information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for the inquiry, service relationship, legal obligations, or security. Minimized first-touch information remains in local storage for up to 90 days; current-visit information remains in session storage until the browser session ends. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may clear local or session storage in your browser and may ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information held for a website inquiry, subject to applicable operational and legal requirements.
